 VendAssureTM uses invisible light beams above the product retrieval chamber to detect falling products. If after selection, a product fails to fall into the retrieval chamber, then the vend motor will turn two more times. If the product still fails to fall the customer is given the choice to make another selection or receive a refund. VendAssureTM reduces service calls and refund claims while improving customer satisfaction. 

Our machines all have bright LED lighting for ease of use no matter the lighting in the workplace. All machines are also wheelchair friendly.
